That guy’s name is Walter O’Neal and he is a sculptor, painter and he currently works as a concept artist at DC Direct. A while ago five apartment buildings were up for demolition, during that time I didn’t have a digital camera so it was impossible for me to take some shots. As time progressed four buildings were demolished and only one building was left. In the meantime I got a hold of a camera and had to hurry a bit as this building would be gone in a week.
