A few years ago I was looking for an artist to design a few concepts for a character. Through DeviantArt I stumbled upon a gallery filled with some incredible illustrations and I knew right away that this was the man I had been looking for. That man’s name is Walter O’Neal and he is a sculptor, painter and he currently works as a concept artist at DC Direct.
